Terms and Conditions
Dear Guests!
We warmly welcome you to our Czerwone Korale Apartments. We hope that the following rules and regulations will help us ensure that you have a satisfying stay.
- Upon arrival, please complete the check-in formalities.
1. The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. Stay in the apartment:
- min. 3 days
The price of the apartment includes 1 parking space.
3. In order to book your stay (after checking availability), you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost within 3 business days of making your reservation to the following account:

4. If no advance payment is made, the reservation shall be considered invalid.
5. In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of stay, 50% of the advance payment will be deducted, while in the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of stay, the advance payment will be forfeited.
6. Please settle the total cost of your stay on the day of arrival at the latest (cash, bank transfer).
7. The handover and return of the apartment takes place in the presence of staff.
8. Please report any faults that arise during the use of the apartment to the owners on an ongoing basis.
9. Damage caused by holidaymakers will be settled on site.
10. During the holiday season, our guests have access to an outdoor heated swimming pool between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Children may only use the pool under adult supervision!
11. A sauna is available to guests from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (additional fee applies!).
12. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments (smoking is allowed outside).
13. Bicycles are not allowed in the apartments.
14. Pets are not allowed.
15. Frying fish is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
16. Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
17. In order to ensure public peace and privacy, please do not play loud music on the premises (including during the day).
