Dear Guests!

We warmly welcome you to our Czerwone Korale Apartments. We hope that the following rules and regulations will help us ensure that you have a satisfying stay.

​

- Upon arrival, please complete the check-in formalities.

​

1. The stay begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.


2. Minimum stay in the apartment: 3 nights. The apartment rate includes 1 parking space.


3. To confirm your reservation (after checking availability), a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay must be paid into our account within 3 business days of making the reservation. If there are fewer than 7 days remaining until arrival, the deposit must be paid on the day the reservation is made, and proof of the transfer must be sent.

4. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation is considered invalid.


5. If you cancel your stay more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will be deducted; if you cancel within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.


6. Please settle the total cost of your stay no later than the day of arrival (cash, bank transfer, or credit card).


7. The handover and check-out of the apartment take place in the presence of staff.


8. Please report any defects that arise during your stay to the owners immediately.


9. Damage caused by guests will be billed on-site.


10. During the summer season, our guests have access to a heated outdoor pool from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

      Children may only use the pool under adult supervision!

​

11. A sauna is available to guests from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Additional fee applies!)


12. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments (smoking is permitted outdoors).


13. Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartments.


14. Pets are not allowed.


15. Frying fish is strictly prohibited in the apartments.


16. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.


17. To ensure public peace and protect privacy, please do not play loud music on the premises (including during the day
