GDPR information clause
§ 1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By making a reservation at Apartamenty Czerwone Korale, the Tenant agrees to have their personal data stored in a database. This data will be processed solely for the purpose of completing the reservation, facilitating future reservations, and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. The above data will not be transferred or resold to any third parties.

 GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), effective from May 25, 2018, we hereby inform you that the controller of your personal data is Exito Sp. z o.o. 32-040 Świątniki Górne, ul. Sportowa 4, NIP: 944-223-40-99. The entity has appointed persons to supervise compliance with data protection rules, contact e-mail: kontakt@apartamentyczerwonekorale.pl., rezerwacje@apartamentyczerwonekorale.pl. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of making a reservation (conclusion and performance of a hotel service contract) – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; for the purpose of pursuing or securing claims, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The recipients of your personal data are Exito Sp. z o.o. Your personal data will be stored for the purpose of performing the contract for the provision of hotel services  and fulfilling the obligation to store financial and tax documentation for the period specified in Article 70 § 1 in conjunction with Article 86 § 1 of the Tax Ordinance of August 29, 1997 (i.e. of March 23, March 2018, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 800), for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired. You have the right to request the Administrator to access your data and receive a copy thereof, to rectify (correct) your data, to delete your data, to restrict the processing of your data, to object to the processing of your data on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest – we will stop processing your data in this respect, unless we are able to demonstrate that it is necessary for us to potentially establish, pursue, or defend claims, to transfer data, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In order to exercise the rights set out above, please contact the Administrator. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, and from May 25, 2018 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal to provide data may result in a refusal to make a reservation.
