RODO information clause
§ 1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By making a reservation at the Red Korale Apartments facility, the renter agrees to have his/her personal data placed in the database. These data will be processed only in order to realize the reservation, facilitate subsequent bookings and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. The above data will not be transferred or resold to any third parties.

§ 2. RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter RODO), in force since May 25, 2018, we inform you that the Administrator of your personal data is Exito Sp. z o.o. 32-040 Świątniki Górne,4 Sportowa St., NIP: 944-223-40-99.There are designated persons in the entity who supervise the observance of data protection principles e-mail contact: kontakt@apartamentyczerwonekorale.pl., rezerwacje@apartamentyczerwonekorale.pl. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of making a reservation (conclusion and performance of a contract for hotel services) - on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO; for the purpose of investigating or securing claims, which is the legitimate interest of the administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO. The recipients of your personal data are Exito Sp. z o.o. Your personal data will be stored for the purpose of executing the contract for the provision of hotel services and for the execution of the the obligation to store financial and tax documentation for the period resulting from Article 70 § 1 in conjunction with Article 86 § 1 of the Tax Ordinance of August 29, 1997 (i.e., March 23, 2018, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 800), for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your data and to receive a copy of your data, to rectify (amend) your data, to delete your data, to restrict data processing, to object to the processing of your data on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest - we will stop processing your data in this regard, unless we can demonstrate that it is necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims, to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint to the authority of the

supervisory authority. In order to exercise the rights set forth above, please contact the Administrator. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, and as of May 25, 2018. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to make a reservation.
