We warmly welcome you to our Red Korale Apartments. We hope that with the help of the following rules and regulations we will be able to provide you with a satisfying holiday.

- Upon arrival, check-in formalities must be completed.

1. check-in begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.

2. stay in the apartment :

- min. 3 nights

The price of the apartment includes 1 parking space.

​

3. condition for booking a holiday ( after checking the free date ) is to pay an advance of 30% of the value of the stay within 3 working days from the date of reservation on account:

(4) In the absence of an advance payment, the reservation is considered invalid.

 

5) In case of cancellation of the stay more than 30 days from the date of the stay, 50% of the advance payment is deducted, while in the shorter period the advance payment is forfeited.

 

6. please pay the total cost of your stay no later than the day of arrival (cash, bank transfer).

 

(7) Handover and return of the apartment takes place in the presence of staff.

 

8) Any defects arising during the use of the apartment, please report to the owners on an ongoing basis.

 

9) Any damage caused by the fault of holidaymakers are settled on the spot.

 

10. smoking is prohibited in the apartments (you can smoke outside).

 

11. bicycles are not allowed in the apartments.

 

12. We accept the stay of animals, ( only small dogs ) by prior arrangement. Puppies, larger dogs and cats are not accepted. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises without supervision.

 

13. in the apartments completely prohibited frying fish.

 

14.We ask you to observe curfew from 23:00 to 7:00 in the morning.
